<P>Both surgeries are open 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
<P>The telephone lines are open at 8.00am, and the doors open at 8:30am
<P>The surgery and phone lines are closed between 1:00am and 2:00pm

<P>About the Practice
<P>The Taverham Partnership is a GMS practice and is part of Broadland PCT. It has evolved from a single-handed surgery at the start of the NHS serving an essentially rural population into a two-surgery practice serving rural and suburban communities.
<P>The Practice provides medical services to approximately 13,000 patients from two modern, purpose built surgeries at Taverham and New Costessey. Both surgeries have ample car parking and facilities for the disabled and mothers with young children. The Practice provides the full range of general medical services.
<P>Practice Area
<P>The Practice area lies immediately to the north west of Norwich and extends to Taverham, Thorpe Marriott, and the villages of Drayton, Costessey, Easton, Ringland and Attlebridge.
